Day 14800 - Mental Enigma

It has been said that patterns can be found in chaos. However one must wonder..
When we are able to see the recurring patterns. Does that not itself create new chaos?

An alternative way of looking at the enigma might be to ask;

Do you believe you know the problem but not the solution?
Or..
Do you believe you have the solution but are not clear about the problem?

In engineering, the latter is eloquently called, Reverse Engineering.
Whereas reverse engineering the human brain requires a holistic understanding of the brain on it’s most abstract level.

That mouthful brings greater realization of the complexities behind Mental Health. The belief of having a solution without understanding of the problem is more often than not, outside of one's mental capacity.

Day 14351 - Finding Patterns in Chaos

Sometimes when we’re first confronted with a problem it seems like it was born from confusion. A mess. Inorganization that makes no sense and has no purpose. Like it was assembled for no reason other than to hold us back, slow us down or block us from our goal.

But often if we take the time to look at things closer and understand them, we can begin to see patterns in the chaos. What was once chaos becomes symmetry. Random becomes planned. Madness becomes genius.

It’s that moment we can take the step forward. To the next level of the puzzle.
